Breakers Resort is on the Eastern Seaboard of Kwa-Zulu Natal Province. The climate in this area is very warm & sunny making it for ideal Holiday Resorts and Hotels. And with many and varied Restaurants abounding in Umhlanga Village, a stones throw away, its highly recommended for couples and families. On Site eminities which include swimming pools, and childrens' pools with slides, a Putt Putt Courses and daily activities for old and young, make it very sought after for families with children. The apartments are very well appointed and daily cleaning services make a pleasant break from chores at home!

The Venue is beautiful and relaxed but parking is a bit of a schlep. We were there for a function and sadly the representatives from the establishment were not very polite or helpful.

Peaceful place popular for its amenities and ongoing family programmes. Very good for family outings with up to six sleepers. Self catering. Jogging trail along the Umhlanga Rocks beach.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! Nestled perfectly between the beachfront and lagoon. Clean amenities, good security and friendly staff. Very child friendly, yet highly sophisticated. I simply love this place!

We stayed in the hotel section of the resort. There is also a timeshare section that can be booked. The timeshare section do not book for short periods of time that is why we used the hotel section for one night only. The resort is clean neat and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food menu choices are great and their chicken strips are to die for. The sea facing rooms have a fantastic view over the pool area as well as the ocean. The swimming pool is clean and the water was comfortably warm. They have fantastuc activities for kids and adults alike. I will definitely return to Breakers

Fully fitted resort with everything you could need. Clean rooms, bathrooms. Private beach area, water slides and spas available. It's a good venue but I wasn't truly impressed for some reason. Staff are helpful but not very friendly (they could be tired or something).

Nice for family holiday. Multiple pools and activities. One pool with a kids slide. Quick access to the beach, running trail the beach and into the nature reserve. small putt-putt course in the garden area.

Great room and amazing views. Games room is a but dated and having to pay a cash deposit every time we wanted to play table tennis was a bit of a drag. The pools were fantastic and you had 3 to choose from. Hot, warm and refreshing. Could have stayed much longer

Great getaway for the whole family. Hawaan Forest is a few steps away and is very safe after the security was bolstered in the area. Spacious, modern rooms. Resort is now top class with a family swimming pool, beach volleyball court, entertainment area and much more.

Beautiful place to unwind and relax. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was great at Harry's. Liquid refreshment is a bit steep though. Otherwise no complaints.

Excellent location. Wonderful amenities - Gym, pool, kids' pool, lap pool, bar, restaurant, games room with pool and table-tennis. Sea views and views of the lagoon and forest. Excellent holiday accommodation in umhlanga.

Decent enough resort.
But beware of the lying cheating staff and management. They will screw you over every chance they get.
They will lye to your face and not willing to do anything if a room is not up to standard.
They will cheat to ensure that refunds are not paid.

Really nice place for holiday. Good hotel facilities and 2 small slides for kids with the heated pool. Only challenge is that it is a bit of a walk to the more popular portion of the beach at cabana beach
