When we arrived there was not a single person at the reception. When he finally arrived he had no idea of our booking. When we finally got to the rooms no towels or coffee was provided. Had to wait longer than an hour for the tiles. The bathroom has no shower curtain and the breakfast is so unorganized and of bad quality.

The bathrooms is bad, we had to ask about 4 times for towls. Only one power point to run 3 appliance. Not giving you the option for brown or white bread, and so on.

Worst ever, this is no 3 star establishment, shower has no soap holder, need to put every-ting on the floor, black moss in the tile grouting in the shower and the bath. Had no hot water when I wanted to shower in the morning. When the neighboring room use water the pipes in the roof go mad, The floor tiles is not bonded so when you walk on it it lifts up, there is bed lights but no plug, so just an ornament. Going for breakfast is even worse. if you want toast you need to go and plug the peculator out and plug the toaster in so you can make your own toast. The Worcestershire was empty so I put it one side but low and behold that same empty bottle where back the next morning, and so I can go on and on.

Pathetic, unprofessional service. Untrained reception staff, waited over an hour for a room, due to them double booking my room. I had paid for the accommodation a week in advance. The staff could not find my booking, even after I showed the proof of emails from them. The owner eventually moved me to a different Guesthouse. Shocking.

Value for money! This is the real African experience. Love Nomsa, the owner, she is very positive, helpful and kind. We took a cultural tour with her, that was very touching. We will come back again!

Unimaginative, ugly, plain, boring. The breakfast is small, the beads creak, the rooms are tiled and not carpeted. I wouldn't come here again. Atleast the staff is friendly. Very overpriced.

Absolutely unprofessional. I'm actually happy they double booked because it means I would have had to be subjected to their mediocre behaviour and service. To start off, their receptionist chews bubble gum so loud and disgustingly that it would make you want to turn around and leave. I had book two i advance and paid in full before hand but on arrival i was told by the manager that a group will be arriving shortly and my room has been booked for them.
