We were treated like thieves. I had my maintenance guy with me. After cashing up for the float for the toilet, i asked my guy to open the box at the till & check the parts all there. Only to discover a part was broken. The owner accused us that we where opening boxes in the aisle, which we didnt. Says i saw u on camera, so why didnt he proof so on footage. Besides his sales guy was with us..VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTINGeitherway, i took a different float & paid & walked out. I have supported youll in the past for hardware & gasWELL THIS IS MY LAST

Very friendly helpful and clued up staff. Family friendly store that probably has what you need from DIY to building materials. Would definitely recommend this establishment. Parking is safe and store is centralized. Store is not the biggest but by far the best.
