Called in for a price on a truck load of crushed stone and the lady gives me incorrect information then leaves me waiting on hold for 10 minutes. Still got no price because the call ended. Something like prices that is on your system shouldn't be difficult to get. Poor service.

Bought a Kwikhot geyser - TP Valve and drainage cork not supplied. Went back to the store and they supplied incorrect items. Terrible customer service :( no clue what they are doing

Alot of items, most of which is completely over priced, till points constantly crashing, staff not at there departments, staff not trained on new stock namely scaffolding, they don't have proper paperwork for scaffolding, if it wasn't for a hand full of great staff I would rate them only 1Star. They need a wake up call, Mohamid Builders down the road from them is so much better

Absolutely terrible non caring unhelpful attitude from staff in the isles.
Then at the tills every single item (6items) was between R10 and R30 more expensive than it was marked at the shelves.

I am a contractor who spends thousands and thousands on hardware every month.
I will never shop at a builders again and i will also share my negative experience whith every other contractor i know.
