  I haven't been to the hair studio as such, but I ordered some make-up from Blu Gel, and their service is absolutely amazing. They kept me up to date, phoned me to tell me when it arrived, and even decanted a small amount of make-up into a little pot to tide me over until the order arrived, when it was slightly delayed. It is so wonderful to get such excellent service! Thank you Odette and Danielle.

  Love Blu Gel. Never had a bad haircut here. They also do excellent colour, styling, blow dries. My favourite hairdresser in Pietermaritzburg. I did try a few others before Blu Gel.

  Terrible, disappointing experience.Their so called experienced stylist with the attitude,thinks he know everything. He cuts to what he feels like. Hellooooo. Im a paying customer and you not exactly cheap.Do what the hell the customer tells you to.Now i am out of pocket and I hate my hair.I have to wait another 6 months for my hair to grow outBig mistake..to go there..Definately NOT worth the money I paid
