Poor. -5 I had to rate this in order to post. My actual rating is minus 5! I was transferred to 4 people from the Receptionist to Gita to Natalie and then Chantal. Obviously this company is not professional enough. Nobody should be transferred 4 times just to get a quote!! I declined Chantal's offer to assist me further.
