Very happy with my Boardprep kitchen which I had installed over 5 years ago. Called Boardprep on Saturday morning to enquire about a replacement drawer face connector, which had broken due to excessive wear and tear. Left a message as all sales agents were busy, but received a call back with all the information I needed to source the replacement part in under 10 minutes! Great service!
