The furtest point for a day hike in this area. Lots of spectacular views.

If you're looking for a great day hike, this is it! For a more moderate hike, I would take the Sphinx route, as your are gradually going up. For more of a challenge take Keartlands path, it's flat the first half, and the second half is all uphill.

Positives: The view of the valley from blind mans corner is incredible.
Negatives: now that your this far up the mountain, you want to keep going.
Interesting: we went on a cloudy day, so we couldn't see the top of the mountain, but made for a cool hike.

Awesome day hike. There's a small stream and shade just to the left, further up the path that is also good for camping overnight.

Popular spot to hike to from Monk's Cowl or Champagne Valley Hotel. Great views of the Drakensberg mountains.
