Interesting drive to the place amongst sleeping giants covered with blankets of lush grassland. Beautiful scenary and friendly people.

The facilities are a bit run down and it is a long drive from the highway to the camp, but the Berg is beautiful, and the camp gives easy access. Unlike Cathedral Peak, Injisuthi, or Monk's Cowl, the day hikes from Giant's Castle are mostly very short or very long. The vulture hide is not well known, but popular among photographers and birders who come to see the Lammergeier.

Lodge is well maintained and the views are breathtaking. Many well signed hiking paths for all fitness levels.

Giant's Castle is an amazing place. He best of the KZN wildlife parks. Well appointed chalets amidst lush local flora. The mountian views are spectacular. Amazing hikes and cave art are close at hand.

The scenery here is just outstanding. There's a decent hike to the main vista but it seems like mere seconds as you're taking in stunning scenery the whole way. Easy grades and well defined path.

This place looks like a retreat if you're looking for calm and serenity or looking to escape from the busy city lifeyou can do hiking or a bush walk or visit the museum a busmen world wish is a bit of disappointment but a must to visit if you are in giants Castle cause you don't see much here the reception close very early around 18Pm not room service and the restaurant too close as late as 19:30 overall it a great place to take your family the accommodation comes with self catering chalets with all amenities a little fridge a microwave and a stove and a braai stand all u need to be autonomous and independentthe staff is amazing and friendly I'll return

The chalets​ are cosy and clean. But you don't come here for the accommodation, you come for the view! Located near Giants ridge this place is a starting point for several hikes with breath taking views. Hikes vary between 2 - 8 hour, overnight hiking is possible too. There is a little restaurant with a very good price quality and a little shop. A very very very small shop, only the basics like pasta, ships a bit of canned good (no bread!!). So f you go to Giants castle be sure to stock up first!
