Incompetent.
Ordered a training butterfly knife from them and haven't heard about it since. Currently going onto month 3 of waitingresponse / report this review -

Enquired about a specific knife I’m interested in. They said they will order it in as they do not have stock. They gave me a date when the knife will be there, when I phoned to confirm if I can collect I was informed it is still not there. This happened 3 times and still the knife is not there. Decided to give up on there poor service.

Excellent staff and very friendly. I came there today with my paintball gun which was faulty after a service from keywest gun shop. Jaffer was very helpful and assisted me and fixed the gun up very well and did me a favour by charging me a lot less than the price id normally pay.
I'll definitely be sure to support them in future.
I highly recommend them

I recently bought an air soft gun from blades and triggers when I went to get it modded the person open the gearbox found that the parts that were in the gun had been changed already but they were lower level part I am not impressed I paid for proper parts and did not get the right parts

I baught someairsoftstuff here and Well I found this place had very frendly stalf and I looked at what I baught online and the saw there prices were fair and the quality is good,and if u read the other reviews they are from years ago and I think they are very good.
