The Hotel and Resort needs a lot of renovations under stricked management. The people and staff are very friendly and help full. We had a nice time.

Nice quiet child friendly its a place to relax and enjoy with your family and have fun. You can also do some fun activities horse ridind pat pat, swim, cycle . Its a place to be. Staff very friendly.

Booked room but they mixed up our reservation and were forced to accept cheaper room for the same price. Arrival time is given as 14h00 but at about 14h20 our room still wasn't ready. Aircon in the room not functional. Dirty swimming pools. No help with luggage initially. We were regulars in December every year but sorry, you've lost us as customers. I would appreciate it if someone in charge could contact me. We stayed from 24 to 26 Dec.

Scenic views, lovely hot water pool, sauna jacuzzi and a large outside pool. Great fun for rhe kids. Need to upgrade facilities tho

Great facility behind the Black Mountain. Good for someone looking for wildlife and gateway holiday. Friendly staff and good service. I am certain to visit again

It's a very lovely place, be it for leisure or work related stuff, they cater for quite a lot of things. Totally not recommended. The place has everything!! The stuff is also great, very polite and welcoming.

Upon arrival on Saturday after checking in we were given a key to our room but no one escorted us to the room as a result we got lost quite a number of times before we found the room,my husband had to carry our own luggage in and made about three trips to the car until he had to ask if there isn’t any body to help him only then did he receive help. We expected a peaceful night but from around 00:39 am there was so much noise coming from the corridor my six month old son couldn’t sleep we called reception to help deal with the noise, seem to be the hotel staff and after having spoken to the security the noise escalated and we were woken up again very early in the morning by the noise , when checking out at the reception we told the person at the desk and he informed us that there was a party going on, I found this very unfair that we can’t get to sleep yet we also paid for a peaceful night’s rest, at least when there are such events other guests need to be informed and warned in time and recompensated for such an inconvenience or rather be moved to rooms that are a bit further from the noise,
We were in room 314, the taps and the aircon also make too much noise, the bathroom sink is cracked, tv remote is not working well and our sheets were torn. Staff appear very unfriendly, at the restaurant we expected the front line to at least explain to us the meal arrangement and to be seated if possible but we stood by the door for sometime not knowing were to go, the front lady is not approachable and when we finally enquired she looked very agitated,response / report this review -

A lovely and serene atmosphere. The only BUT for me - no WiFi in the rooms. Every other amenities is great. A great place if you want to have a connection with nature 😀 The pix is a view from my room.

Restaurant - great food, friendly service. Rooms - CLEAN and comfy. Staff - go out of their way to make your stay hassle free and enjoyable. Even offer free popcorn to snack while watching a movie on their big screen.
