  I just want to say i have never received such pathetic service anywhere!!! I bought a pair of Hahn's Macaws and some fish from you on Sunday, the birds wouldnt eat, so i tried to call a few times to make sure what the previous diet was, so i can gradually introduce them to the new food, the cellphone number went straight to voicemail, i did leave a message asking for the info, after no one replied after 2 hours of trying to reach the shop, i decided to send an sms, it went through immediately and reported that it went through, i stated how urgently i needed an answer, and still got no reply! I finally sent a whatsapp to the mesh departmentno replyso i called them, the lady just said i must call you again and she doesnt know whats going on !!!! I stay on the other side of Pretoria, you guys are NOT just around the corner from me, it was really urgent!!! I ended up buying all the different parrot foods i could find from our nearest pet store, it set me back another R700! But don't worry, they didn't die, they are eating finally :( If the owner even cares, there is a voicemail with my cellphone number on the phone, please give me a ring, you have more problems at that once marvellous shop than you think.
