Deleting valid complaints on FB to cover up faults.
Pathetic computer ticketing systems in conjuction with their partner Computicket.
Try to not do business with them - your life will have less stress.

Missed half of Justin Bieber’s show because of ticket problems. The print out said that “this is your ticket” but when I got to the door I was told that it’s not my ticket and I had to go stand in a long line to get the actual ticket. Don’t have a print at home option if it does not work.
