Sales journey was great. But after sales is pathetic. Nobody gets back to you. Car went in for a service and 1/4 tank was driven out. Oil changed but not the filter and the mechanic tried to lie about it. Paint spot on sill. Continuous needing to contact Rashid as he never bothers to get back to you as promised. Door lock needed to be changed, was told they waiting, two weeks later guy calls me and tells me he was only called on the day he called me. Then I get called that the lock is going to be removed as Autoworld hasn't paid him. Licence took two weeks to do. The service is pathetic. Rashied is a liar and pathetic with responding to customers. Disgusting customer service. Hopefully I never have to see this people again.

Steer clear of this place or just make sure that you get whatever vehicle you're planning on buying, properly inspected by professionals before making any decisions. It'll save you a lot of money. I got sold a lemon.

After giving 5 stars I realised I should have waited for them to deliver things as promised. About a month later and no response to things promised. Very disappointed.

I hope they got rid of Nadira, Jazmine, Maranisa and Andrewbad after sales service, the whole lot. . especially because i had bought cash.
