Poor service even before going into the lounge . As we walked towards the entrance the staff member quickly closed the door even though he could see us walking towards the entrance. He did not even make an effort to acknowledge us.

This is Domestic Departures Termed B. It is an awesome comfy place to chill before you fly out. Friendly staff and nice food and drinks, as well as other awesome facilities like WiFi.

This is a great place to take a shower before a flight! The bar is self serve, the food is self serve as well. If you need a towel for a shower, give them your boarding pass for towels. When done, trade them back for the boarding pass.
The price was just under R400 per person and you can enter if you are three hours from your take off time.response / report this review -

Bidvest Premier Lounge at Domestic Departures E2 - E12. Very smart and quiet lounge to refresh, watch the news, get something to eat, use the internet and have a smoke in the most comfortable area within the lounge. The food table has a variety of options and Internet connection/speed is decent. It attracts trendy and seasoned professionals however everyone keeps to themselves, if you are just looking to just catch on work before boarding time. The staff is very friendly and the place is well maintained.

Located on the 3rd level domestic departures. Food is excellent with nice variety. Smoking area also available. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely excellent lounge. Sure, it's a bit full at times. But the food and snacks are much better than the other lounges in the airport.

It is expensive to use this facility. It can get really crowded, there pretty much isnt anything substantial to eat if you have a wheat allergy. The hot chocolate wasnt dispensing at all. The departure notices were not being shown on their tv. All in all todays visit was a disappointment.

Review of lounge Terminal A - good sized lounge with decent food and a good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Furniture and decor is in need of a revamp, but the wifi is fast and free.

(Review for the Bidvest Premiere lounge in International departures Terminal A)
This is a good lounge! It's huge! There is one food area, and two bars to get drinks. The lounge has a variety of types of sitting, lounge chairs, conferences tables with high back chairs, tall tables with bar stools. There are a couple hot dishes and several salads as well as snacks to eat. The hot chicken curry was good.
It is a quiet lounge, no airline announcements. I go to lounges so it's not hectic and loud; this one, at this size, would be hard to be very crowded unless there were hundreds of people in here. Really impressed with all the Bidvest lounges I've visited.
I would give it 5 stars if it had higher ceilings and outdoor views. There are no windows except a couple back into the terminal, no outdoor views.response / report this review -

Their is nothing wrong with this lounge. They​ do not announce flights, but if you sit along the glass wall, a large departure board can be seen near the Mugg and Bean in the departure area outside. Quality lounge with quality people. They have plenty of space. Internet is complimentary and fast.

How low can Service go? You will find out here coffemachine delivers mainly water, Internet doesnt work or is dreadfully slow.
