The livers were undercooked and the chicken had a sour taste to the sauce.most dissappointing as we have always supported this Nandos and rated it amongst one of the best.hygiene also seems concerning.

Visited nanda 4 days ago.. Sit in. Food was served. To our dismay cockroaches were running all over the seat Showed waitress Asked for manager nobody came We couldn't eat soo disgusted As we were leaving manageress came Claimed she was too busy on calls.

This used to be a great Nandos till the day we received raw chicken on a take away order.
The restaurant did refund the money but never bothered to follow up on what actually happened.

We had to wait 2 hours for our food to be delivered. We live 400m away. What is the use of a delivery service, if they cannot deliver. This is the last time i will order form them

We specifically ordered from this branch as we wanted the food delivered. We waited over and hour and a half for our order- so the food was cold. It would've been quicker to just go and get the food ourselves. I do understand that sometimes things get very busy but maybe deliveries should be monitored more closely. We usually don't have a problem with Nandos.

Love Nandos and always buy from here for myself and my colleagues.
I have complained in last month that when they deliver they do not send any sauce,cerviates, fork and knifes.

27 Oct 2016 i have phoned and was put on hold for 2minutes without them telling me to hold. I orded spicy rice and chicken with extra sauce, i receive 2 separate boxes one with rice and other with chicken also again i did not receive any sauce,cerviates, fork and knifes.

Not Happy at all!
