I am blown away with the level of client service we receivedlong storie short.. received my car back with the same prob and more after diagnostics and had to paythen send the car back..after six weeks of us corresponding with them we receive the car back with a fully cracked windscreenand they blame it on standing in the sun for 6 weeks witch is shocking to find outand they take no responsibility for it.I would be ashamed if this was my business

Took my car in to get a problem fixed. I was told that there is nothing wrong with the car and they made me think I'm the idiot. But the problem is still there. DON'T take your car to these guys. They will do as little as possible. Dealer of the year my ass.

Left my car with Audi Menlyn for 4 days. Had it returned to me with exactly the same problems. Best you seek another dealership for proper technical service. Christoff's friendly service was exceptional though

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced & I can not help but feel like it was due to racial bias. Very quick to want to help me once they saw which car was mine in the parking lot though. Too little, too late.

Good luck getting your audi fixed here.
Something else will go wrong as soon as you get it back(caused by not assembling everything correctly).
Be sure to check that the oil sump plug is tightened.
Will not purchase an Audi again thanks to the service received here on multiple occasions..
