Simple the WORST service I have ever received. I took a vacuum cleaner on Monday for repairs. They phoned back and told me it was just the switch. I told them on Monday to please proceed and fix it. On Friday I phoned to enquirer whether it was finished and they told me they haven't started yet. On Monday I phoned again and they told me that they still haven't started. Needles to say my patience was at its end. After a couple of well chosen word and R449 later I collected it. It made a terrible noise when I got it back. They will not see me again.
