The place is beautiful, though it would be better if the management there could better take care of their guests - I hired out six double rooms for my wedding, when we got there at night we came across a guy who is said to be part of the management there, who we asked how to check in for one of my guests. He told us that we there's no way for us to get in as reception is closed for the night. Only to find that he could have advised us that we needed to check in with security. Very disappointed with that regard.

Good Day, I came for buffet today(08/10/2017), the menu was very disappointing especially as compared to what has been displayed on the website, no variety to choose from, one ended up eating little because some food served we don't eat, the menu served is not worth the R120 one pays, please relook at that, otherwise I don't think will come back or recommend the place.

No hot water, hot water tap did not work at all, aircon remote battery flat, receptionist bad attitude when I phoned to report problems. We went out for six hours, they came to fix the hot water but tap and remote still not working !!

The rooms are quite adequate. There is a safe in the room I stayed, but I did not have a key for it. The TV channels are a bit lacking in variety, with only SABC channels and E-tv and if you are lucky MNet movies and Super Sport.
The laundry service was very quick with a one day turnaround time.
Breakfast is the usual small buffet and the choices are different each day.
The restaurant's food is of good quality and fair price.response / report this review -

Putrid customer service; from the booking over the phone to our arrival and check in. Staff behaves as though their doing you a favor, don't serve your most basic accommodation needs. Staff also swears and talks about clientele in their presence. All this done in the presence of the manager on duty. Intended to stay for a week but one night was more than enough.

Stopped by to have Ribs and Chips and it was well worth the food, delicious delicious delicious cant recommend it anymore, impressed!!!!!
