Quite nice. The proximity of the place to VUT campus is really a good thing for the students staying there. The environment is very quiet, peaceful and very neat. The place is relatively quite secure and safe.

It's a nice place for student accommodations. The security is tight and the different houses create a certain community for the student that live there

Good environment for students study at Vaal University of Technology, near the campus and near the shops. Has WiFi that's a bonus, a swimming pool the down side about it is that it is not located in an environment I would say it's clean, there is also an issue of noise but overall it is a good place to stay and not forgetting how safe it is for students who are living there.

Very reputable accommodation for students around Bedworthpark. I'm glad they are improving and removing those concrete built beds, and the WiFi is good.

-WiFi(Bad coverage and its always not working)

-Shower(Unhygienic, you can get sick)

-Noise(They can't control the noise level, in simple terms you can't study in your room)

*Even now 3rd of April 2018 they haven't paid my Deposit R1650 which I remember they insisted I pay it the very same day that I had to get the keys to ma room or else I won't get the keys.

FUNNY HOW THEY DEMAND THEIR PAYMENTS BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THEM HAVING TO PAY OUR DEPOSIT MONEY they tend to find reasons not to.

1 star, because I must have a start to write a review. A perfect example of what happens when you get greedy landlords who just want to increase profit margins that they forget to service their flats. This place is dirty. From the pathways to the stairs that welcome you into the apartments. Too many people in one house who share 1 bathroom and 1 dirty kitchen. The student don't clean. I don't understand why they don't have cleaners that come in everyday to clean common areas. Not once a week or twice a week!!!!!! Everyday. perfect place for students with no other options.
