Goodyear is pretty neat. The rooms are big, there's security at the gate, buses are always on time and it has a somewhat natural environment where you can hear birds chirping and stuff. It felt really peaceful. 👌

It is just student accommodation and only serving that purpose. When a student comes, it is only for study purposes and the place is good for it. The atmosphere is conducive too studying, too!

Mr Taljaard, thank you for raising this concern, as the property owners and management of Goodyear Student Residence we will look into the matter and if need be ask for assistance from local authorities. I share your concern as we have a strict policy on drugs and alcohol and would not want it to have a negative impact on the community as a whole. We will also speak to the property owner of Goodyear hub and Goodyear Square to assist us in ensuring that the public areas around our buildingsare not used for this purpose. Except for the fact that this place is far from everything and everyone, it's a pretty cool student res. Also really safe. And they allow overnight visits, which is amazeballs too. It's a cool place.

Well, the place is a good place but very strict and boring, it is far away from everything, you hardly interact with other students because you are somewhere in the outskirts of town Oh yeah, and the landlord sucks 😛😜
