What ever you do, do not stay there. Rudest people ever, swearing at guests. Dirty linen, ants and rats in the room. Had to call cops to be let out. Worst experience ever.

Taps don't work, it's not a bed and breakfast, linen is dirty. Terrible place, will not recommend to anyone.

It's not a bad place but we have to ask for towels and toilet paper. At the gate we have to look for the person who has the key which is very inconvenient, the owners are not very friendly people except for the room service.

Very bad . No proper parking. Drainage system blocked in bathroom .Have to always ask for toilet paper or towels as nothing was in the room.

The owners Bruno and Michelle are very friendly and we enjoy our stay with them. We will definitely stay here everytime we visit johannesburg.

The place is nothing near to it's nameno comfort at all.the room door takes time to unlock I was wondering what if there was an emergency and one had to rush outside for safety.the throw on the bed was very dirty and so was the chair. the pillows are old.misled by pictures on the Internet.

Bruno comforts they must really change the name. I spent just a night there, but it was no comfort. The door for the room I was given was broken and the linen really smelled bad.

My mom and I stayed at the Bruno Comfort Suites during our stay in Johannesburg. It was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. The staff and owners were very welcoming and kind. They helped us find good tourist spots and transportation for the week, and breakfast was prepared special every morning. It was wonderful! I would recommend it to everyone!
