Female Parts Manager first refused to order the parts and deliver to a more convenient VW closer to my house. Then when confronted, she said that its an additional expense for her branch that is after I would pay at her branch and her branch gets the profit of the actual sale thanks VW, client service is your top priority on your walls but profit is clearly by your actions

I think once your car is out of warranty Audi no longer cares about you or your car. It is THE WORST dealership I have had the misfortune of having to use. They do not repair. They replace, what ever the problem is. Obviously once you give the go ahead. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before the service and repairs. I waited until 2 o clock the following day to hear from the service advisor. Needless to say my vehicle was not ready the same day. I am very DISAPPOINTED with Autohaus Centurion

Adele ,adele, adele , Worst service agent at vw centurion , Never allow them to book your car with Adele , rather speak with Loran or solly Adele is giving vw centurion a bad name , i really enjoyed taking my car to Vw centurion but after this experience with Adele i starting to doubt them

Just want to thank Autohaus Centurion for their excellent service. I contacted the lady (Marlene) who sold my car to me and she went out of her way to assist me with my problem. I am really impressed with the dealership and also a big thanks to the CEO that helped me out in my emergency, I call that excellent customer service!
