Bad service and expensive

I had a breakdown on the long weekend of the 22 /09/2017 and was challenged as I was half way to my destination and back home. I called Auto house just 20minutes before closing time and notified them that I am driving slow with the car condition to them. I got to the workshop just after 17h00. The team was waiting for my car and started to assist immediately. the lady also started to organize warranty courtesy car. the service in that workshop is immaculate. they are well trained, disciplined with great service. you can see the team spirit and good leadership. even when I had forgotten my service book there I called and it was posted to me. friendly staff and supportive also. I must say very few workshops have such groomed employees.
wow guys keep it up we had a safe journey and again cannot express the service you gave to my family.response / report this review
