A really bad reflection of the Audi brand, I own 3 of these wonderful vehicles and faced with time challenges was forced to take one of them for the biannual service to this branch, boy did I regret it. Was told that many parts needed to be changed and that the parts are not covered by audi service and maintenance plan. Later realised that it was a sales attempt, did not change the parts and the vehicle still works 100%. Went to another service center and not issues were reported. Wull not return to this branch.

Pathetic service, they are always trying to sell you things that you don't need. This service center behaves like a typical franchise store, dishonouring warrentys and flogging unnecessary goods.

Update to a previous 5 star rating.
My vehicle went into limp mode and I drove it there, they were unable to have someone look at it and ended up turning me away. I had to drive back to Ballito with the engine in limp mode in hoping of having it fixed there which turned out to be a single spark plug lead they could have shown the engine misfiring with a simple diagnostic and less than 20 minutes. Once I had the issue found in Ballito I decided to order a new lead and spark plugs for good measure and attempted to charge me R347 for a single spark plug, where I was able to get them at a auto zone for R200 each. I’ll be heading to Audi in Durban in the future for maintenance and issues(which happens to occur a lot)response / report this review -

Terrible, I would never buy another Audi, Car sat in the workshop for 2 months, common oil consumption issue with the TSI engine which they do not tell you about, which basically means they will have to strip your entire engine and replace parts like pistons , rings etc to get it right, no courtesy car, When i did receive the car it still was not 100% (loud metal on metal ticking noise from the engine) , will now have to book and send it back again, who knows what could happen next. Think Twice before you buy an Audi, rather buy a Mercedes, better customer service, and value for money.

Good day
I took my car in for a change in brake pads. I needed a lift back to the office but had to wait for over 45 min for the driver to come back and take me to my office.
A friendly and caring Sales Lady, Debbie, offered me a lift back to my office. She was really concerned about me going late to work and totally sincere. It might have been one of her sales pitch but I am much appreciated of her kind gesture. You don't find many people like Debbie these days. I will definitely refer interested buyers to Debbie.
