Exactly as advertised on Tripadvisor. Very clean, great service. Excellent weekend getaway venue.

What a horrible experience. Housekeeping stole items from two rooms the same morning. Owner Vanessa totally incapable of dealing with the situation. Furthermore we were greeted by hidden dirty dishes upon arrival. Venue is located close to rural area which is not ideal.

What an aggressive owner; we have never come across anything like this! This place is false. It was sad for us to explain our bad experience to the manager and subsequently the agressive reaction from the owner. From the managers mouth she admitted that this is not 4 star and they are not even a lodge. It's a small old run down guest house! There is no view as advertised by them plus we had the following disaster with our self catering unit called picasso: 1) bedding and linen was old and was stained (???). 2) not quiet and restfull as advertised because there is a rural area 200 m down the road with a soccer stadium. Dogs barking and noisy road. 3) Bathroom towels are old; can be used as sand paper. 4) The tv is very small in size and volume not working properly. 5) we tried to negotiate with the manager RE these problems however the owner felt we should check out the next day without refund. Would you pay 4 star rated without security and putting your welbeing and restful holiday at risk?! What a disgrace and what a scam!!
