  As only Spur in the area, they know they'll have business anyways so some staff members drop the ball on customer service. Wi-Fi was not working and the waitress did not call a manager when I requested. I don't even remember seeing a manager checking on anyone in the restaurant.

  I've been sitting here a good 15-20 minutes with no waiter coming to attend me. Still have the menus. The only reason I'm still here is because the kids like the play area. Otherwise I'd be long gone!
