It's quite a clean place, having comfortable areas to relax.
It's quite great for visiting other places around Mahikeng as it's central.

Comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the bar is lacking as far as craft beer and gin is concerned. Just the standard SA beers available. Restaurant very basic for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is very charming! The staff are very kind and really go the extra mile. The restaurant food was also very good. I loved the little touches like historical photographs surrounding the TV and in the hallways, really localised the place. Downsides: no exercise facility, it is right off the main road so it is a little loud, no conditioner in the bathrooms. Overall I'd happily stay here again!

The hotel is along the main road and easily accessible. The rooms are neat and cleaned daily. The staff members were friendly and professional. Archibald at the front desk went the extra mile to help me with printing and scanning services. The hotel room did not have a good sound absorption system, and I could hear the footsteps and running water coming from the nearby room, and from the passage. The hotel is quiet noisy. There's no shuttle service.

The rooms are spacey enough though I think the beds could be improved. I had expected automatic doors at the main entrance for reason and a microwave in the room. Finally the TV menu in my opinion could improved. Quite stay overall and a relaxing night.

reception check in too slow.no one to show u to your room or help with luggage..Hotel flooding already concerned about our safety. very cold welcome..transferred to hotel school due to no water pipes problem..from bad to worse ..the bed feels like it's made out of concrete..😬😬😬😬I miss my bed at home already

The service, quality facilities and well trained staff members who treat clients with dignity and respect. The Gardens are clean and well maintaned. Lastly I loved the Food, it was mouth-watering and meals were served on time.
