My townhouse unit was filthy dirty due to a tenant who had virtually destroyed the place. When Sipho told me it would look like new once they were done I found it hard to believe! Imagine my amazement when 8 hours later you could not recognize the place! He honored his word and got rid of the worst dirt you’ve ever seen. I highly recommend Alberton maids

We needed a cleaning service in a hurry for a post moving cleanup.
Alberton maids were there within 12 hours, did an absolute sterling job and were very reasonably priced.

I requested a spring clean for the garden cottage I stay in. I came home from work to an impeccably clean house with everything in order. The staff I dealt with were all friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely make use of this service again and recommend it to anyone who asked. Thank you!

Sipho kunene is a very bad person that is a thief. He failed to deliver us with a maid, his people are lies like him. We paid 300 once off and paid 4 500 for the annual percentage. He never returned our 4 500 till date as we found ourselves a maid. We called him for our refund he told us he will pay because all the debt orders has taken the money, which we found very condescending as we dont know what was our business with him and his debts. I would advise people never to use Alberton maids. I'm planning to put him and his business out there to work people not to use him and his lairs of workers. Pls let's spread this in social platform opening a case tomorrow morning for him to be arrested for fraud. Let's change our country for the better people like him and his company need to be dealt with to prevent fraud. Iv posted everything to Hellow Peter and all social platforms till you refund us our money back.

Absolutely useless company. Arranged a maid service for the first clean up after party. Sent all my details and Responded. Service was booked.
Instead of phoning me like decent company they simply cancelled my service and can’t accommodate because of their f up.
My method payment was cash and they apparently is not good enough.
Pathetic service and administration.
These guys need to seriously wake up and modernise their business if they to survive.
Be cautious when you book. You are not guaranteed a maid pitching up and you are not guaranteed a follow up call and one I can guarantee you is you will get Poor Service.response / report this review -

The owner of this company is untrustworthy,i booked a helper in july,which i paid month on advanced,and the lady didn't show up,we reschedule for another day,the helper didn't show up again,and i ask for my refund since i got someone,from july i have been waiting for my refund,every time when you call the owner the is always a story,until today i'm still waiting for my money

This has probably been the single worst experience I have ever had with regards to company service. The management of the service is shoddy, incompetent and inconsistent. If you want a maid service, you are better off asking family/neighbors/friends for a contact.
