I've been in African rock lodge for a couple of days and i had a lovely experience. The staffs are comprehensives and receptives. You can feel inside África, because the decoration and style of rooms. I strongly recomend this acommodation.

Stayed for for four days . Everything was perfect. We welcomed by Juliet with smile Sanders followed and greet us with our language Sepedi and he is Belgian. Breakfast was mouth watering. Hospitality we got from the host and their staff was superb. African rock is home away from home.The estate is safe n cool.

Excellent couple as owners who is present full time. Warm relaxed atmosphere. Clean neat and tidy. Dinnertime braai is amazing as an extra. Situated perfectly!

We received a very warm welcome and felt at home straight away. Our room was very cosy, comfortable and clean. There an honesty bar in the room as well as free tea and coffee.
The service was excellent. Breakfast was nice - a choice of a cooked breakfast and/or continental. Even though the lodge was a B&B we were offered dinner the first night we were there - the weather was nice so the owners were having a braai (bbq). It was well worth the extra price - the food was delicious.
The resident cat was very laid back and enjoyed human company.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to swim in the pool.
