fantastic place ,service ,rooms,safari,employees ,entertainment, anymore unbelievable you must visit to believe,recommend anytime tracer,mathebula shadrack and pharence were super call me general we loved them ,i am organising another trip with many more believe its a place to visit.raj from canada

The food and service at Makalali were top-notch, the decor in the suites is most unusual and the game viewing was superb. The scenic beauty of the reserve is due primarily to the drakensberg mountains, which provide a dramatic backdrop to photographs in the west of the park.
Our field guide and tracker were a great combination. We had 3 lion sightings, 3 leopard sightings and saw elephants and rhino in addition to the general game and birds.
