The staff is friendly. The surroundings are clean and relaxing. Their food is delicious. The buffet option is even better, You eat until you cant stomach anything more. Their menu is great and the staff is ready to help at any moment. 2Ten is just beautiful. I loved it and I hope you will do too

The best place to go around Thohoyandou, had a great visit.
The service-staff need a bit of a push in the right direction, but most of the waiters that served me while I was there were helpful, but not on the level you might expect from such a beautiful and propper establishment.
The aesthetics of the hotel, restaurants and bars are some of the best in this area.
They are currently busy with the contruction of a new addition to the hotel, but the crew and equipment mostly stay out of the customers' way.

I got married at 2ten this past December and all I do is regret each and everyday. I have been thinking of keeping this in but at the end of the day someone needs to know because I could possibly help someone else in the future. We had paid for everything prior the wedding day but my mother went to check if everything was set up the morning of the wedding only to find out that the arch, where the blessing had taken place, was not decorated and it looked old. She then asked them to decorate it because the venue was paid for including the decor. We also paid for their hall for the reception and we where aware that no drapings would be done in the specific hall we chose, but the floor was so dirty and embarrassing, not to forget the stage, the stage draping was hilarious. How do you drape a green stage with a gold cloth? I understand that my colors included gold but are you for real?? How do you pay so much money only to feel like it wasn’t worth it? The worst part of it all was, at the end of the wedding they had the nerve to tell my mother to pay R5000 for the decor they did at the garden which was draping the arch and putting 2 chairs in it. I was supposed to have had the best day of my life at this venue but the memory of how the place looked and how my mother was treated pains me. I still do not understand how we had to pay this additional money If we had already settled the balance. I am heart broken!

The place and its view is wonderful. Their service and customer care needs to improve. My friends and I waited over 2 hours for the food. Our waiter disappeared and would not check on us for hours.

Nice venue but always seems to disappoint when it comes to the level of service for day visits. Time is not a necessity in serving customers by staff and could be improved greatly to maintain standards or keep them. Order took an hour before delivery
