  We ate in the restaurant. Ordered an omelet and grilled duck with cheese. Both good tastying. The portions aren't very big.

  Rooms are generally clean and we have gotten a room facing the lake which is awesome! It's just that its beside the road and it might get a lil noisy during the day!

  Friendly staff. They help me arrange to rent a bike at 4am ( i call them earlier ) but they really helpful. The FO even greeting us when we checked out.

  Vue sur le lac, a 3 pas de la place tres tres active et coloré, a 2 pas des marchés etnique et classique, tres bien accueilli.

  I've been here for a week and I just love this hotel. The manager and (I think) owner, Ms. LỮ is always around to help if there's anything at all that I need. She manages the front desk and will always answer phone calls promptly. If you need a bus/car/motorbike, need to find laundry or good restaurants, she always has great recommendations. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet is usually working. If it's not, just call Ms. LỮ and she will reset it for you. Sometimes the power cuts out, but that's normal for Sapa. Breakfast ends at 9:30am and I've enjoyed every meal I've had in their restaurant, which is located on the 1st floor of the building. For dinners, I would highly recommend their pizzas and potato soup, which always hit the spot for me. My room is on the 2nd floor directly above the kitchen, so sometimes it can get a bit noisy, but there is a loud fan in the room that you can turn on to blur the downstairs noise. Since it can get cold at night, there is a heater inside the room that works very well. The northern side of the building has rooms that overlook the lake, which is gorgeous, but the southern rooms don't have a view at all, although they still have windows. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Square, and there are many restaurants nearby the hotel.

  Great hotel, the owners were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything i needed. The breakfast was huge and very good. I highly recommend this hotel. Its clean, comfortable and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to.
