Besides food and atmosphere, the thing that sells a restaurant the most is the friendliness and efficiency of the servers. Ours was great this evening.

What a great place. Our company had the Christmas party in one of the privet rooms and it was great. They really did a great job welcoming us, setting up the food and snacks, and was always ready with drinks. Will be going back for sure.

Very disappointing. Just left one in Cincinnati. Ordered the house burger and fries with lemonade. Took one bite and burger tasted frozen as did fries. Covered my plate with my napkin. Asked waitress to simply take it off the bill. She stood there and flipped up the napkin off of my plate and whisked it away and said I'll see what I can do. About 10 minutes later she brought back the bill and never said anything. When we looked at the bill she did not taking the burger off of our tab. Again she kept herself busy and we had to wait another 5 to 8 minutes before she came over to the table. I got so frustrated and angry I walked away. My wife apparently confronted her and said we asked you to please take this off the bill. And she said I couldn't do anything. So my wife said I'm not going to pay for something we didn't eat that's not right I'm going to give you $30 and take off the price of the burger and that's it and walked away. She was extremely rude. We never been treated so poorlywe're very frustrated bcuz we used to go there very often. I would not waste your time. Their food used to be much better than what it is today. Just so disappointing it's average and not worth the cost.

When the bathrooms are spotless and the salt and pepper shakers shine with no grub on them plus clean menus you know you're really clean clean restaurant. Couple that with excellent food chicken salad croissant tomato basil soup some of the best I've ever had!!!

Servers are great, food above average. Live music several nights a week. Can eat on the other side away from music for a more upscale feel or you can go casual on the music side. Very versatile.

The best rehearsal dinner venue in the Cincinnati area! Good was great! Service was excellent. Staff most accommodating I have ever felt with. We are from the south and we felt like we were home!

We hosted our 2016 corporate holiday party here and it was amazing. We had about 130 people and everyone complimented on what an awesome place this was. The food and the beverages were on point, the wait staff and chef were very attentive.. they made being the host so easy. If you are looking for a place to host an event big or small this is a gem!

This is a great place for a group. We always reserve the round table near the fireplace. Great ambiance in the winter. Great weather - sit outdoors. Drinks only - check out the comfy seating near the entrance. Meals - sit outdoors near the pond!
