Online says their open but when you pull in the parking lot, it's shut down and closed forever.

I used to go here all the time until more recently when I felt like it just wasn't managed very well. I received okay service many times I went but many times more recently I went a whole meal with out a refill of water and since then I have not been returning. The concept is really cool where you pick what you want in your stir fry (raw) and then they cook it in front of you. I just felt like the food wasn't amazing enough to just get 'okay' service. In addition my kids are not huge fans and are never excited when we go, so it usually doesn't make the cut.

Love this place! Good food, good service and they are allergy friendly. My wife has a gluten allergy. When I want Chinese this is the closest thing. Great ingredients selection.

I LOVE this place, but I only get to go once a year. So there are the usual health/cleanliness concerns as you would with any buffet style restaurant, with the added concern over handling raw meats that have been sitting in an open bin for the day.

The performance art of the folks grilling your meal is totally worth worth the risk.

Not sure why they have a bar.

My family loves coming here. Best deal for an all you can eat buffet. Love that I can decide what meats, vegetables, pastas, and sauces I eat.

My very first visit there was not good. Got there on a Saturday at 3:45 was offered lunch menu. Server was pleasant but rushed. We only saw her two more times the whole night. The food was okay for this concept, but they tend to overcook it and it turns into a pile of mush. Also there was a lot of carbon flakes from not cleaning the grill properly. For a fairly quick concept we ended up spending 90 minutes there getting a bowl and waiting for the check. When the check showed up we were charged dinner prices which were about $10 more. This was adjusted but by then the damage was already done.

It takes a lot for me to give a restaurant one star. I say that because I understand there are different areas of a Restaurant for it to run smoothly. You have the Kitchen, the Wait Staff, and the Management. However . tonight all three of them blew it, big time.

When we got into the seating area it was uncomfortably warm. The party I was with actually asked to move to the bar side of the restaurant. The Salad Bar was missing salad 70% of the time we were there, and the waiter spilled my drink, in my food. He was going to sit a refill down, hit the dessert flyer and it spilled into my last few bites. And. my daughter [6] asked for crayons and they were out . so she was a little upset because you give them a coloring mat, with no crayons

To me, all three areas failed horrifically and it epic fashion all at the same time..

I can say it will be a while before I go back.
