  Excellent customer service. Called on a Friday late afternoon, they have an answering service. They took my details and I got a call back shortly after. Scheduled a Monday service call. Gave me a small time window. Kept me up-to-the-minute on status of technicians arrival. When technician was going to be delayed, the Division Manager came out personally and within minutes had the problem diagnosed and resolved within an hour. Presented some additional options to me without pressure and talked me through the pros and cons. Definitely found a winner in Zone Home Solutions.

  We have been using these guys for about 15 years for our pest control needs. As a pest control company they are great but as an HVAC company, boy run for the hills. When our 16 year old Trane unit went down in June, we knew it may need to be replaced. We asked them to come out and diagnose the issue and if they thought prudent to replace the unit. They came out and did their diagnostic, appointment was booked between 2-5 but the technician was on the job and came at 9:00pm on a Friday. He diagnosed the problem as a couple of blown capacitors and low refrigerant. Multiple times we asked him if there was a leak or if he recommended a new unit. He suggested the repair. Well he "repaired" the unit, which only bought us a month and then the blower goes. Now we are stuck with a leak that he failed to diagnose, damage to the ceiling, and a rusted coil in the a/c which he said nothing about. After suffering through a whole weekend with no central AC, I spoke with Jason DeSantis, who in an accusatory tone explained to me that they did the required repair and leaks were well...our problem. He also went on to say that the tech initially recommended replacement of the unit and had noted that there was a leak, neither of which was reported to us. If you want a job mucked up, Zone Home Solutions will gladly do that for you.

  The entire experience from booking the appointment and the technician coming out to the house both men were SUPER professional & NICE!!! They answered all of my questions and resolved my problem with my compressor. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody and will use them for any future needs.

  I've been a Zone customer for many years now, and I find myself continually turning to them for more and more services. They have become a part of my annual planning when it comes to taking care of my home, and always go above and beyond to make sure things are in tip-top shape. Couldn't recommend anyone more highly, as they do great work.
