I've an old, old Zippo Lighter in bad need of repair. I have sent you numerous lighters and Zippo fixed all of them easily! I have sent you a Zippos which was almost beyond repair and the Zippo Repair Company can fix anything that is needed to be done! My Hat is off to the Zippo Manufacturer Thank you for the wonderful job you have done for me on the 15 to 10 you've fixed for me! I'm going to call you when you're available to ask you about the oldest Zippo I've ever seen, then I'll beg you to take a look at it. I do appreciate you working on the 10 or 15 of the lighters you have restored for me!!!

Carry my late fathers 60 yr old lighter, still works beautifully, sent back once for repair, had it back in 2 weeks. Great company, GREAT products

Paid over $40 after tax for a unique zippo With zippo name on the sides and a cool leaf-like design engraved into the lighter, The fluid was evaporating or leaking from the lighter within 24 hours it would be near empty and wouldn't light. So smokeshop I purchased it from send it in for repair cost me another six dollars for shipping but the later was supposed be repaired for free. After more than nine weeks I haven't received the lighter back. The smoke shop has gone Out of business. And zippo says they can't find my name in the system. Or any information about where my lighter may be. I'm not sure if Sunny from the repair facility just decided they liked my lighter and kept it. Or they sent it back to the wrong place. I loved Zippel company. It's in the US icon that made fantastic products for many years. The sad part is customer service is destroying this place now. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing any more Zippo Products after this experience.
