Great job! My carpet and furniture is 14 years old so I wasn't expecting miracles but it looks so good. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The guys that came were extremely careful and so polite. I'll definitely use Zerorez again!

Fantastic service! Technician arrived on time. Very courteous. Did a lovely job on my sofa, chair and three rooms. The rooms have old carpet we were going to replace but after having them cleaned the look almost brand new!!! Thank you !

The employee (sorry don't remember name) that came and cleaned our carpet today did a great job. He was courteous and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and how it all worked. The carpet looks great. We really appreciate everything he did! We would recommend him for anyone in our family!

They do exactly what they say. I received an email confirmation for my appointment as well as a phone call the day before. The day of my appointment our tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was in and out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. The final price was slightly lower than the estimate we received over the phone. Carpets were pretty dry about 6 to 8 hours after the cleaning but high traffic areas and steps really need overnight to dry.

Aaron was outstanding. I appreciated his knowledge of carpet. It's only been alittle over 24hrs and the carpets dried perfectly clean. No more stains and feel so clean. Thank you Zerorez!

We have used every carpet cleaning service available over the years - both commercial and DIY - with less than satisfactory long-term results. Once we tried Zerorez there was no looking back! They clean both our child care center and our home and the results are amazing! The technicians are considerate of our furniture and carpet of our home and business equally! Try Zerorez one time and you will never use another carpet cleaner again!

My fiance and I are renting a house. The previous tenants apparently had a cat that liked to pee on the carpets because the carpets in both bedrooms were stained and smelled of cat urine. Aaron from Zerorez came and gave me a couple different options to try, explained them thoroughly, and didn't pressure me into going with the more expensive option. He was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond what I expected. Zerorez had to come back and clean one room a second time (for free!) and the second guy (didn't catch his name) was also excellent. He explained the options and when he was done, he had done the entire room twice in an effort to get rid of the odor without having to pay extra for it.
While I hope Zerorez doesn't have to come back for this problem, they just earned a life-time customer.response / report this review -

This was the first time we have used the cleaning services of Zerorez and were very pleased. Our technician, Logan, was excellent. He called to give us an estimated time of arrival and was very professional during the entire visit. Upon arrival, he gave us a quote, explained the process, and addressed our questions. He immediately went to work cleaning our area rugs and 15 year old carpet focusing on areas that needed extra attention. The products used smelled so fresh and natural. When he was finished, our carpet looked and felt very clean. Even the worn, high traffic areas looked so much better than when a competitor cleaned them several years ago. We were pleasantly surprised. Logan was very thorough and even asked if we wanted him to go over any areas. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely use your services again.

I was super impressed with the effort your company made to come back to our home and improve our cleaning results. I felt like Brandon really provided the final results we were hoping for. We will be glad to take him up on his offer to improve upon the carpet cleaning of our second bedroom as well.

Zerorez was amazing! James was so polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about what our carpets needed, helped us get a more accurate (lower) price, and didn't pressure us at all about extra treatments. Our 20+ year-old white carpet looks better than I could've imagined! Will definitely be doing this yearly and requesting James every time!
