Weldon is not a good lawyer, communicates through his paralegal, and when you are able to get a hold of her, she doesnt offer much. First time offender, my end result was the same as what a public defender could have done, minus the 2500 they got for virtually nothing. Also, wasn't told about changes in plea agreement until it was time to sign off on the charges, also was told they would be "representing" me throughout my probationary period (which in this case was a year) needed his services and advice two weeks ago (which I didn't want to utilize due to his ineptitude) but had already paid the 2500. When i reached out again, his paralegal stated they would need another 1500 to address the matter. Which is the opposite of what I was told. You have a better chance rolling the dice at the casino next to their office. Good luck.
