After a waiting a long time for our order they finally called and told us it would be in today at 4pm. Our receiving hours end at 4 but we needed the items badly so I kept my warehouse workers after hours to receive it. Some items on the shipment were scheduled for customers to receive tomorrow. Finally at five pm with no truck showing up we called in and after being on hold for twenty minutes they told us that the trailer never made it out this morning and they couldn’t tell me when it would comeand I would need to call back in the am to get an update. And they never called and notified us of this schedule change. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only has this cost us in keeping employees on hand after hours for a shipment that never showed, it has also cost us seriously in customer satisfaction who may now not be able to receive their items. For the exorbitant price we pay for shipping with this company I would expect better. Completely unacceptable service.
We were waiting on a very last minute shipment and Stephanie was able to work a miracle and get it to us in time! With all of the issues in supply chains and worker shortages they've kept customer satisfaction important and do all they can to assist.
Awful company to work with. They are nasty, rude and careless. It takes 5-6 months your item to be delivered to you.
The excuse is that they are short staffed. No wonder they are, Who would want to work with such company.
I work for a furniture company in Vermont and anytime I need to reach out for ETA's, questions about freight, missing pieces, etc., their customer service team is consistently kind and helpful. Issues are almost always resolved in a timely fashion, and anyone I ever get the pleasure of speaking with is so warm and friendly. Today I spoke with Kayla C. who was incredibly helpful and proactive in opting me in for shipping notifications.
With labor shortages and the supply chain being unprecedentedly disrupted (to put it lightly), everyone is burnt out. Everyone is working as hard as they can. There are not always clear cut answers or immediate fixes right now with the way things are, and I think people outside of the industry are sometimes quick to forget that. This company does a fantastic job given the circumstances we are all facing! Thank you all for the work you're doing.
I am extremely disappointed with Zenith Global. My freight was picked up 12/2 in California and arrived 12/15 at the terminal in Orlando, Florida, almost 2 weeks later!! My furniture still sits at the Orlando terminal 200 miles away and they are telling me that I still need to wait another seven days, 12/22, before they can get my furniture delivery to my warehouse in Sarasota, Florida.
AAA Cooper was able to pick up a shipment in California from the same manufacturer and have it delivered to my warehouse in Sarasota, Florida in less than 10 days. Zenith blames the delay on the holidays, but reading the other complaints, it seem to be consistent regardless of a holiday. It seems that there is a great deal of incompetence at the corporate level.
