Great and friendly service
These guys are great!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!
I had a tire that needed to be repaired. Zeller's got me in immediately and made the repair and I was on my way within 20 minutes.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have taken my car here multiple times due to my car making noises I knew wasn't right.. Each time they told me nothing was wrong.. Eventually I ended up stranded on the side of the road I only took my car back to them because my dealership told me to take it there.. They ended up fixing my water pump, new belts and some other simple fixes.. In the process they broke off a bolt.. And made me pay $20 for the bolt!! After they said my car was "fixed" I ended up on the side of the road again a month later. This time I was out of town and took it to another shop that found a ton of things wrong with the car. I have no idea how zellers didn't find anything else wrong but the other repair shop was capable of finding out what was causing the noise that I've been taking my car to Zellers to figure out. When Zellers replaced my water pump they ended putting the wrong parts on my car and didn't fix the thermostat considering it goes hand-n-hand with the water pump. Luckily, the other repair shop quoted me a great price and fixed the issues within a few hours where Zellers took 3 days for a water pump and still left my car not totally fixed. I shouldn't have had to take my car to another repair shop to fix their mistakes. DO NOT GO TO ZELLERS! They will rip u off with a smile on their faces.
Called the tire shop looking for a tire to purchase while traveling. Called and was informed that the tires could not be accessed. Why is the tire shop open if you can't get to the tires????
Before you take your car there please read this. The zeller family is the most crooked family in Evansville. I've lived here for 22 years and have never been to a place like zellers. I had a bad radiator and they replaced it no problem. They never did a pressure check on the car after putting the new one in cost me $500. Few days later my temp gauge starts going crazy. I take it back and apparently there was another leak. Another $500. I had my oil changed the week before there. Somehow my engine seizes on the Lloyd. No oil in my car. I check the bottom of my car and the bolt on the bottom of the pan was barely screwed on and they attempted to accuse me of unscrewing the bolt. This place full of greasy people looking for an extra buck wouldn't even refund my money for the oil change. Again, please don't take your car here. You're better off spending a few extra dollars at a national place like Midas to have everything backed by a warranty
Biggest rip off in town! I went in to see about a new battery but ended up not needing a new battery. They did how ever charge me $70 to "clean" off one of the cables which connects to the battery!! YES 70 BUCKS!!!
