Bill and his son Joel came out to replace my garage door springs. They were so nice and explained to me about the springs as well as my opener. Joel also noticed that my door needed adjustment before I could ask he was fixing it for me. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them. Also, when I requested a quote via Yelp, I had a response back in about 20 minutes and that was late in a Friday night.

The spring broke and checked out my NextDoor app and folks were recommending them so I then checked out Yelp and was able to get an estimate of the spring replacement late Friday. I was surprised to get a reply within 30 minutes of the cost. The next day, I called and setup and appointment for Monday morning. I was happy when they could schedule me so soon. Thought I was going to have to wait until after Thanksgiving. They were so friendly and their price seemed reasonable. They even explained about my door. Bill and his son Joel fixed my spring and also adjusted my garage door because it was buckling the door when it came down. So helpful and explained about the settings on the opener too :-) Would definitely recommend and use them again if I need more repairs. Thanks Guys!!

I called Bill at Your Garage Door Guys when our home warranty company refused to replace our garage door motor. He was immediately able to locate the problem, and went the extra yard to speak to the home warranty company and explain what was going on. In the end, we are being reimbursed for the cost of the garage door motor, thanks to Bill.

We are lucky to still have honest businesses like Your Garage Door Guys in our community who strive to help their customers! With their reasonable prices and professional attitude, there is no need to look elsewhere for a great garage door repair business!

Fantastic experience - straight forward, clear and communicative. Bill and his team did a great job replacing a damaged garage door at our property. He was always in communication with us, gave us excellent advice and did his work on time and at a great price.

My door has been broken for 4 months. I was so worried it was going to be an expensive fix. Bill came over and gave me my options. It ended up only being a small fix. Thank goodness. Ordered the part and the minute he got my part, he came over to deliver and install. We are so excited to have it finally working! I will be calling him for all my garage door problems. Thanks again Bill!
