If you could give negative stars I would! I was lied to and they have caused me the most horrible mess. We have a family member that was supposed to be in our home hospice with us and has been unable to enjoy their last days with family because this company refuses to deliver the product they assured me they would. Now we sit watching our family memeber die alone because Aaron’s robbed us with their deceitful sales tactics and untrained staff. GO TO RENT A CENTER

Great shopping experience the staff is willing to work with me through all of my hardships , jonathan and ezeqiel are amazing they knew all about the products and were just overall reassuring that i made the right decision on my furniture purchase, those guys work great together ! shoutout to andres as well what a amazing Manager as long as those guys stick around i will always continue my business with Lakewood!

So the guy we originally talked to was cool ex marine, thank you for the service. However we were supposed to get our furniture delivered today! They said it would be sometime between 3 and 7, with 30 minute call before arriving, I made it a point to get home early at 3pm exactly had a note on our door that had a time said 3:28 pm so we called Aaron's at 3:45 and asked if our stuff could still be delivered? They said no because we missed them , keep in mind we live less then 10 minutes away. I guess we'll cancel and just go somewhere else.! Anyone know where else we can go?

The lack of communication here is ridiculous! First I had to call to get my order scheduled for delivery because the date given to me wasn’t correct and was already over booked. Then my order was only half delivered and I don’t have any information on when the other half of my living room set will be delivered! I called trying to get an update and the lady who answered the phone was rude and said I need to just call back because they are busy! What kind of customer service is that?! I’ve purchased from Aaron’s before but I’ve never experienced start to finish just blatant unprofessional behavior!
