Took an hour to get my food and 20 min to order to top it off they got my order was wrong and they were rude! So unhappy!

My first time here I ordered the combo bowl: orange chicken, bbq ribs, and vegetables. Only thing I liked were the ribs. Other than that the orange chicken was super hard like it was old, on the vegetables I got mostly cabbage, even the drink was super watered down. All the tables were dirty. Luckily found one that was decently clean. I would understand if it were busy, but it wasn't. First and last time I come.

Service sucked, but food always good.
Asked the girl to clean my table, as she was changing out the trash, she told me that after she was done changing the NEXT trash she would be over.
So as I stood next to the table waiting for it to be cleaned, about a minute later she must have realized what she said and put the bag down and went to find a rag. SMH
Customer service needs improvement as we come here to this location often and service always Blah!

Horrible wait time. This facility is under staffed and beyond slow. Zootopia's DMV status. The food is decent but not worth the 20min wait time to order.

I've been eating Yoshinoya since I was a kid back in Los Angeles, "Japanese Food rocks" so I still enjoy eating at Yoshinoya, plus the service is great here and yes so is the food.
