My first time doing Hot Yoga, and I’m so glad it was at Yogafreak. The studio is inviting and the amenities—water bottle filling, bathrooms with showers, plentiful cubbies, and towels and matts for rent—made all the difference. Frannie is highly knowledgeable and her confidence provides a sense of calm and clarity to the class.

i love yogafreak! it’s so fun and all of the instructors are amazing! Frannie really knows how to run this studio! It’s always clean and hot in the hot room and there’s such a good culture here! Totally recommend 🫶

I’ve tried a few hot studios in the area but the one I keep coming back to is YogaFreak. I always leave the studio feeling grounded and energized. Love!
