Not a great experience with time at first as they were really busy. I was in a hurry to get kids after school an hour away. They helped me, even though i was aggravated and belligerent, they changed my flat to a new tire and sent me on my way. I'm sure I will have a better experience in the future. They handeled my situation good .

I had a flat and arrived at the store at 5:15 pm with them closing at 5:30 pm. I offered to leave the car till Friday. They went ahead and changed the tire and I was out by 5:30 pm. Fantastic folks.

Recently replaced 2 tires with Kingsport Tire and Auto and was very pleased with the work. Aaron and Phil were both very polite and professional. The price was good and the weekend hours of operation are very convenient.

Recently visited Kingsport Tire and Auto Care on Stone Drive. I was having what felt like a suspension issue, periodic violent vibration when driving on straightaways. I told then I had recently rebuilt the front end suspension (within 3 months), and I asked them to check connection, integrity of the parts, ect. I also mentioned that a brake caliper sometimes gave me issues when changing pads, so I asked them to check that too. Before they ever got the car on a lift, it was almost as if they had made up their minds. Told me the lower control arm bushings were "shot". They asked me what brand parts I had bought. Fair enough, they were not OEM. About 15 minutes later after lifting and inspecting, they came back with a $700+ quote to redo the lower control arm bushings. I asked if the brake caliper showed anything, to which they said "no abnormal wear". A week later (after not driving it for a week), I took the car to a place where I could look at it myself, and the first thing I noticed was horrendous abnormal brake wear on the same brake caliper that I had asked them to inspect. After replacing the caliper and doing nothing at all to the suspension, I have have had no issues since. $700 dollars well-kept.

I have used them for years for all my vehicles and found their service to be top notch. They will let me know what needs and just as importantly what does not need to be done. They are not trying to justify work that is not needed.
