Eh' Edible but not fabulous. Everything overdone. Good flavor, good smoke, good service, but great Bbq it really only ain't.

I won't say that it was the best that I have had, now with that said I will tell you that we went for lunch. The food was okay, BUT service was kind of lacking and the place wasn't very busy. Maybe the dinner menu would have been better, but didn't want to spend over $125 for lunch.. We ended spending over $75 for 4 sandwiches with a very small side and 2 kids orders.. One thing that kinda took us by surprise was the charge of $2.75 for a kids soda, which happens to be the same price as their glass of milk and an adult soda. on a positive note, it smelled good walking up to the door. Don't think I'd return in the near future.

The beef brisket sandwich was delicious today; the fish special was perfect on Friday. The location is half way for me to meet my Maine family from my NH home. We enjoy our rendez-vous and meals here. I love moments before or after at the stream behind the picnic tables. Connecting with nature, myself, and family at a terrific restaurant Awesome place!

The last time we went to the Yankee Smokehouse was over 10 years ago and the food was delicious. We decided to go there based on what we remembered from the last time, but we were greatly disappointed. We ordered the smoked chicken salad sandwich and the smoked beef brisket sandwich. The chicken salad had way too much mayo and the chicken didn't even taste like it was smoked. The brisket sandwich came on toasted buns with a little bit of bbq sauce on it, the meat was grey and didn't look smoked at all, in addition it looked like it had been kept warm in some sort of broth. The meat was sliced thin and was rubbery. I think that they have added too much to the menu that takes away from the quality of food. I will never be visiting this establishment again!

The food was very tough and dry. I burned up what seemed like lighter fluid for the next 24 hours. It was a total waste of $65

I hope the pizza isn't as bad as the burgers! Ordered mine medium, and it was beyond well done with enough char to drown out any other flavor. At least Jess was nice.

Good food. Good service. We had a waitress in training. She did a great job. Nice and clean inside and out. Food a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Great food! Great service! We asked to move to the other section, a/c a bit cold, because of our move they didn't get our meal in and prepared for usit was a bit hectic and we take partial blame for moving on themthey apologized, gave us a $10 certificate, and gave me a drink on the house!! Very good service! Very polite! Definitely going back!!

Felt like I was in a chicken coup. So noisy and over packed you can't hear the person next to you unless they are yelling, I wasn't even seated, I was told were my table was and I had to find it. Service was poor, ended up spending over 2 hours here just for lunch, the food took forever and wasn't even good. Probably won't be going here ever again. And I don't recommend that you do.

This place used to be one of my favorites and I do still like going but it seems a little dated and the prices seem to be creeping up. I do love the food. You can smell the smokers from a mile away and the staff is fantastic.

Excellent customer service and very accommodating to a large group of us. We visited during ski season on a holiday weekend and although busy, we were seated immediately. Prices are perhaps a tad bit on the high side but the food was good and the service was great.

My family and I live in Southern New Hampshire. We stopped in after a nice ride in the White Mountains. My wife got the barbecued pork sandwich, I got the beef brisket. My two kids got the cheese pizza. Between the service of the staff and the food we will definitely come back here again. 3 days later the kids go on a about how good the pizza was.
