I have been going there for 15 years. The staff there are real nice. I've taken all of my dog's there. They've always taken care of the problems with my dogs. And the vet doctors there always answered all my questions.

My 5 stars go to Dr. Norstrom, 3 wks ago I had to put my best friend, my companion my besuiful german Shepard to sleep, which my daughter had to cause I was away in AZ.
Dr. Norstrom allowed us to video chatt so I could be there to while my baby was put to sleep and I cannot thank her enough for allowing us to do this.
Before this she has taken great care of my cat and dog she takes the time to explain everything to you let's you ask questions if needed.
Only issue I have is with the crematory which they send them to. Is suppose to take 12-14 days as of 12/4/17 it's been 3 weeks and still have not received Tashia's ashes back! And paid for a private cremation so it's not like they had to wait for a group of dogs to come in.
I really hate to think it wasn't a private cremation.

They keep up on your pets needs by finding a path to recovery and sticking to it. They also work with you for appointment times.

I've been taking my animals there for about 17 years, and although the veterinarians are pretty great, it does sometimes take a very long time to be seen. The biggest issue i have is with of one of the secretaries. I've been told about her attitude and I, too, have seen it first hand. The most recent time I was in there she purposely ignored me for a significant period of time. Certainly she was dealing with another client as he was leaving, but she was done cashing him out; she continued making small talk and purposely stood around and waited for something else to say to him while I stood at the counter. She knew why I was there to pick up the cremations of a beloved pet. I could tell she had an atttiude because once I asked if I could just get the ashes myself (as I am on time constraints to pick up my daughter off the bus) she had a complete attitude with me once I asked it I could just get them (and I've done it before without a problem). Normally she is okay to deal with, but her inconsistencies make someone not even want to go back, especially because they are a little expensive. Dr. Nordrum is a great vet; very caring too! The other vets are as well, but Dr. Nordrum definitely stands out due to her being thorough in her explanations.

They were treating my dog for a UTI and she became really sick and I had to take her to Wilsons because they were booked, come to find out she had a tumor the size of a grapefruit on her kidney! 4 months later and a $1800 bill from Wilsons and no dog to show for it!

Terrible. Waited over a hour and still left without being seen. Would not recommend or go back.
