Dr. Jackson is very informative and honest. We have been going here for years with our dogs.

They are a great vet. The doctors are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They are very affordable in comparison to other Grand Rapids vets as well. It's worth the drive. My dog needed surgery and they were great in assisting us.

Excellent care. Reasonable cost. I've never had a bad experience. Tried 2 places in Lowell but I'd rather make the drive to SouthKent.

Obtaining same day appointment for Jazzy for an illness was completed by the office staff. We were fitted in the tight schedule for the Vets and it was greatly appreciated. High marks for health issues for animals. They have my trust and continued go to place. Rwa

Great staff here and decent prices. Get you in and out, and they care about your pets. It's always EXTREMELY busy here.

We started taking our dog here because friends recommended them. So far the experience has been completely positive and we never felt pressured to buy drugs or do tests like past vets.

I took my dog there for a dental cleaning. When I picked her up there was no discharge paperwork or debrief of her cleaning. Within 10 minutes of driving home my dog had a seizure (no history) and had another one 2 hours later. I called to ask for anesthesia dosage and type because boxers can't get certain anesthesia and it was like pulling teeth to get this information (several phone calls and emails). Turns out the anesthesia used was severely antiquated and another vet was shocked it was used, let alone on a boxer and not surprised she had seizures. SUPER SCARY! Also no x-rays were performed so gum issues were not looked at and here I am a month later paying for proper x rays and a cleaning because she had an abscess form.

This veterinary hospital is where I take my 3 animals. I have been going there since 1988. This is the most important place to take your animals. They are very gentle with the animals and take such great care of them. The receptionists are very knowledgeable. and very helpful. I recommend this vet clinic and hospital to everyone.

They do great work and the price is reasonable. We've taken dogs there for annual visits as well as surgeries. Have always had great experiences.

If you love your pet there is no better place to be. The doctors are extremely competent and very caring. The support staff are excellent. The facility is spotless. Even if they were on the other side of county I would still go there. Their prices are fair. They never take advantage of you on hard to get or expensive prescriptions. Bottom line, they are absolutely trustworthy. If there is something they can't help you with, they will find someone who will. I wish I could get healthcare for my human family that was this good.
