I love the food. I've tried the fit salad and I usually get the Oaxaca wrap. It's located in Raritan center with a bunch of other companies so it gets really busy during lunch time just like any other food business. The reviews mentioning bad service might be from annoying customers who probably walk in during lunch time when it's really packed and expect to get food in ten minutes. Order ahead of time, it's common sense.
If you go before or after the lunch time wave, the service is fine.response / report this review -

Food is good enough but they can't get the orders right during lunch rush. If you're going here for lunch, don't call ahead for more than 2 people otherwise they'll mess up.

These people are HORRIBLE! They lack professionalism on ALL levels! They are not only rude to their employees but to their customers as well. They can't even get an order right. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The food tastes like garbage, they lack customer service on any level, and I even watched them treat their cook like a piece of garbage, when he was running around doing 4 different jobs. One girl even yelled at him for taking orders because she couldn't be bothered to do her job! Piece of advice: SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THERE!
